We make it easy for you to track your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it reaches your doorstep.
1. Tracking Details
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email / SMS / WhatsApp.
You can track your order using the link provided, or directly on the courier’s website.
2. Tracking Updates
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
In case of high demand, festival season, or courier delays, updates may take a little longer.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (after dispatch).
Express Delivery (if available): 2–4 business days.
Remote areas may take slightly longer.
4. Non-Delivery / Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable phone number, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to us.
Reshipping will be possible at customer’s expense.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed beyond 10 business days (from dispatch), contact us at careaakaari@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91-95106-25021.
We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue or send a replacement if needed.
