💳 Payment Policy – Aakaari

At Aakaari, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and secure. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following payment terms:


1. Accepted Payment Methods

Prepaid Orders:

Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Amex)

Debit Cards (all major banks)

UPI / Net Banking / Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on selected orders. COD charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.


2. Payment Security

All transactions are processed through trusted and secure payment gateways (Razorpay / Cashfree / PayU).

We do not store or have access to your card or banking details.


3. Prepaid Orders

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

If payment fails but the amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded by your bank/payment provider within 5–7 working days.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available only for select pin codes and order values.

Refusal to accept COD orders or repeated fake orders may result in blocking COD for that customer.

Refunds for COD (if approved under Return Policy) will be issued as store credit or coupon code — not cash.


5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST (as shown at checkout).

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be added separately at checkout.


6. Fraudulent Transactions

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

Legal action may be taken against misuse of payment methods.
