Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

During peak seasons, festivals, or sales, processing may take an extra 1–3 days.

Shipping Time & Charges (India)

Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days (after dispatch).

Express Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. (If you plan to expand globally, we can add international rules later.)

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Wrong / Incomplete Address

Please make sure the shipping address and phone number are correct.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address will require reshipping at the customer’s cost.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.

We will resolve it by sending a replacement or issuing store credit.
