3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (prepaid) or selection of Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

  • In case of cancellation from our end, you will receive a full refund for prepaid orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location (see our Shipping Policy).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, strikes, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. COD orders may receive store credit instead.
