1. Return Policy

  • We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product has a genuine issue, such as:

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Defective or damaged product

    • Major size or quality issue (supported by proof)

  • To be eligible for return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and verified, a 100% refund will be processed to your provided bank account within 2 working days.

  • Refund proof required: clear video or images showing the issue must be shared within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for refund.

  • Refunds are not applicable for products damaged due to customer handling or if the item has been used.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Currently, exchange is not available.

  • In case of size or fit issues, you may request a refund (as per the above conditions).

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Products purchased during special sale events or discounts.

5. How to Initiate a Return
