🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Aakaari
We want you to love your Aakaari purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
Returns/exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered.
We do not accept returns for reasons like size preference, color variation, or change of mind, since all products are made-to-order.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
2. Time Frame
You must raise a return/exchange request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at [your email] or WhatsApp [your number].
Requests after 48 hours will not be eligible.
3. Process
Share unboxing photos/videos of the product and packaging for verification.
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a store credit/refund.
4. Refund Method
Prepaid Orders: Refunds (if approved) will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
COD Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit/coupon code (equal to the order value) — cash refund is not available for COD.
5. Shipping for Returns
If the error is from our side (wrong/defective item), we will cover return shipping.
If the customer provided a wrong address, refused delivery, or the courier marked the package as undeliverable, reshipping charges will apply.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Products bought during sale/discount offers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Personalized/customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package is damaged in transit or items are missing, you must contact us within 48 hours with proof.
We will replace or resolve as appropriate.
