Once the returned product is received and verified, a 100% refund will be processed to your provided bank account within 2 working days.

Refund proof required: clear video or images showing the issue must be shared within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for refund.

Refunds are not applicable for products damaged due to customer handling or if the item has been used.
